Q: What is the minimum quantity of bags?
A: Yes. Our MOQ of customized logo printed bag is 10,000pcs.

Q: Can I have samples before order?
A: There are two kinds of samples we can provide.
One is the bags we had made for your reference. The other one is make bags according to your requirements.

Q: Like printing bag, can you provide the printing proof for our bags for reference.
A: Of course, after receiving your artwork design ,we offer you printing proof to confirm before production.

Q: How are my bags shipped?
A: By express(DHL, UPS, FedEx), by sea or by air.

Q: How can I do the payment?
A: Both T/T and western union are workable for us.

Q: What is the time frame taken for custom printed bags?
A: For custom plain bags, it will take 8-10 days.
For custom printed bags, our lead time will be 10-12 days.
However if it is urgent, we can rush.

A: Rainbow will of course assist you to make an accurate design for your ideal bags. We will have some regular size artwork die

A: Usually, our MOQ is about 100000pcs. Although on occasions we have produced orders for less than 100000pcs. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high when considering repro, printing, tooling and set-up costs.

Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price is confirmed, you can require samples to check our quality. Free for a blank sample to check the design and plastic bag quality, but you have to afford the express freight.

Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
